6-7 Mini cucumbers, (English cucumber will also work.)
1/2tbsp Course sea salt
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2tbsp Ginger, minced
2tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Rice vinegar
1tbsp Sesame oil
1/2tbsp White granulated sugar
1/2tbsp Red pepper flakes, (Dried red bell pepper flakes will also work for less spice.)
1/2tbsp White sesame seeds
3-5tbsp Chili onion crunch,
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chopsticks and then put the cucumber in. Now with the knife perpendicular to the chopsticks, begin cutting parallel slices starting from one end of the cucumber, working your way to where you would hit the bottom chopstick. If serving it up, you might want to chop the cucumber into smaller pieces (especially for little kids) or keep them whole so everyone can enjoy breaking their own when they eat.
